We are on the lookout for a part-time Chat Operator to join our team, enhancing customer engagement across our retail and online platforms. In this role, you will use your passion for our products to drive sales and provide top-notch customer service through live chat and email. Ideal for those with a knack for communication and a drive to exceed sales goals, this position offers the chance to develop your skills in a supportive, dynamic environment. As you assist online visitors, youÂll not only answer their questions but also educate them about our products, helping to elevate their shopping experience.As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a businessÂs website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
Location: Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred).
