Job OverviewWe are seeking a Live Chat Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients...Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to customers for service follow-ups and feedback
• Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional manner
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to address customer needs promptly
• Handle client services inquiries and provide appropriate solutions

Experience
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred
• Strong computer skills for data entry tasks
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous

Qualifications
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
• Experience in client services and call center environments
• Ability to handle phone etiquette with professionalism
• Multilingual capabilities and familiarity with CRM software

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.47 - $26.24 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
