About Us: As a Live Chat Assistant, you’ll engage with customers via live chat, responding to messages on business websites and social media accounts. Your responsibilities will include answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. This is a remote position, allowing you to work online from anywhere (United States preferred).

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Responding to live chat messages on business websites and social media platforms
• Providing top-tier customer support
• Assisting customers with inquiries and offering valuable support
