The Project Manager will plan and oversee assigned projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. The Project Manager will plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.

What You Will Do

  • Lead an interdepartmental team to complete assigned projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Outline the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.
  • Conduct cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project to develop ROI for branch system enhancement projects and scope of work.
  • Prepare and implement a budget based on estimates.
  • Conduct risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate).
  • Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
  • Act as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
  • Manage toll-gate process and timeline of all projects to stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices (e.g. internal audit, SOX, CCPA).
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Moderate travel requirements as needed for business purposes; 25%.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of Business Management, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience within project management.
  • PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable.
  • Lean/Six Sigma a plus.
  • Extensive experience in leading organizations through process improvement efforts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work in changing environment, see through complexity
