• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software
• Posting financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable entries
• Reconciling bank statements and resolving any discrepancies
• Processing payroll and ensuring timely payments
• Generating financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements

• Providing support to clients and answering any bookkeeping-related inquiries
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
• Minimum of X years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
