Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
Flexible availability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
