Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate as needed. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping others. Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously. Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience in the financial services industry or familiarity with American Express products (preferred but not required).
