Required Skills and Qualifications: ?? * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. ?? * Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others. ?? * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. ?? * Proficiency in computer navigation and data entry. ?? * Adaptability and resilience in handling challenging situations. ?? * Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred. ?? Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to successful candidates. Working Hours: This is a remote position with flexible working hours. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate customer needs.
