Part Time Executive Assistant for Small Non-Profit - Contract to Hire

Small business focused non-profit seeks a part time executive assistant.

The position includes assisting with...

  • Board meetings, including preparing agendas and sending calendar invites
  • Receiving dictation of emails, sending and following up on emails
  • Assisting with promotion of in person and online events through various websites, WhatsApp and email service
  • Maintaining the membership list and records
  • Assist in recruiting new members
  • Assisting with sending communications to members through CRM
  • Tracking and follow up on various projects for the executive committee
  • Light moderation of WhatsApp and other socials
  • Tracking of minimal expenses and payables through QuickBooks Online (training provided)

Applicant must:

  • Be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Be motivated and able to follow up on various tasks by themself
  • Be very organized
  • Be able to work with and for several key team members in different US time zones during reasonable business hours
  • Optimize time to be efficient in all tasks
  • Be able to handle live dictation
  • Have excellent communication skills

This is a contract position, estimated at 10-15 hours per week. Training on all systems and procedures are provided, but a working knowledge of Google Drive, email programs, WhatsApp, Zoom, calendaring events and working with C-Level executives is necessary.

Pay range is $40-50 per hour, depending on experience.

This is an ongoing project and the hours could increase as the membership grows
