What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
?? Process a wide range of registration functions involving multiple programs and policies
?? Handle 60-100 incoming and outgoing calls per day
?? Maintain department standard audit error rate and not ready time of 25% or less
?? Schedule appointments accurately while ensuring the highest level of customer service
?? Report directly to the Registration Manager and Manager - Centralized Scheduling for daily operations

What Is Required (Qualifications)
?? High school diploma or equivalent
?? 1-2 years of experience in a service-related field
?? Ability to manage a high volume of calls efficiently
?? Strong attention to detail and accuracy in registration processes
?? Compliance with attendance policies and departmental standards

?? Experience in a healthcare-related service environment
