Key Responsibilities: ?? Accurately input data into our database and ensure it is up-to-date. ?? Organize and maintain data, ensuring precision and timeliness. ?? Complete data entry tasks promptly and meet deadlines as set by management. ?? Communicate effectively with team members to ensure accurate data entry. ?? Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure data is error-free. ?? Report and resolve any discrepancies or errors in data. ?? Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information. ?? Contribute to overall team efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications: ?? High school diploma or equivalent. ?? Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a remote work setting. ?? Excellent typing skills with high accuracy. ?? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ?? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. ?? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. ?? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ?? Reliable computer with high-speed internet access. ?? Must be able to commit to a minimum of 25 hours per week.
