Responsibilities...
- Contact prospects via phone or email using our CRM system
- Maintain clear and friendly communication with potential clients
- Track and update client interactions in the CRM
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships
- Represent our company with a positive and professional demeanor at all times
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on results
- Goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
