?? Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques
Requirements
?? High school diploma or equivalent
?? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
?? Strong problem-solving abilities
?? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
?? Proficiency in using computer and software applications
?? Previous customer service experience is a plus
