Responsibilities

Requirements
?? High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate or Bachelor??s degree (preferred).
?? Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (preferred in the airline or travel industry).
?? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
?? Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
?? Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
?? Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM software.
?? Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
Educational Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required. An Associate or Bachelor??s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Experience
A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred, especially in the airline or travel industry. However, candidates with a strong passion for customer service and excellent communication skills will also be considered.
