- Design and build required monthly reports for change orders and procurement initiatives
- Analyze data and provide assessments and recommendations to team members
- Conduct deep dive reviews of data and meet one-on-one with customers, including colleges
- Identify impacts or changes needed to policies and procedures
- Create end-user training content to improve compliance with changes
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Ability to read and interpret policy and law, including Virginia Procurement law
- Proven leadership skills and ability to work as a leader
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong understanding and implementation of change management principles
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the education sector or procurement-related roles
- Familiarity with creating training content or conducting training sessions
- Knowledge of comparative assessments related to higher education and state policies
