JOB SUMMARY:

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. REQUIRED SKILLS: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude. Proficiency in using customer service software and online tools. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment. Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
