Our client, an Online Content Company, is looking for a Content Marketing Director to join their team. This will be full time and fully remote (must live in the U.S). The ideal candidate has a minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, with 3+ years experience as a Director of Content Marketing. Must be extremely data-driven, analytical, able to make data-based decisions, and extremely detail-oriented. This person will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing content marketing strategies across all major channels, which include SEIO, email, Social Media, YouTube, blogging, podcasts, and more. Responsibilities ?? Create a comprehensive content marketing strategy and vision spanning key channels, including YouTube, Instagram, blogs, email, podcasts, and more. ?? Recruit and develop a high-performing content marketing team driven to become industry leaders. ?? Establish a performance-driven environment focused on continuous improvement and excellence. ?? Execute the content strategy with a focus on achieving key business outcomes like lead generation and revenue growth. ??
