Key Responsibilities
?? Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries and providing information about our luxury products and services.
?? Assist customers with their orders, including tracking, returns, and any concerns they may have.
?? Ensure a positive customer experience by actively listening and providing effective solutions.
?? Document interactions in our customer management system for future reference and improvement.
?? Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.
?? Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and encouraging work atmosphere.
