?? 30 items per month ?? $56,000/year + bonus
?? 40 items per month ?? $75,000/year + bonus
?? 50 items per month ?? $93,000/year + bonus
?? 60 items per month ?? $112,000/year + bonus
?? 70 items per month ?? $130,000/year + bonus
Key Responsibilities: ?? Drive sales and meet monthly goals ?? Provide excellent customer service and advice ?? Utilize unlimited prospects from a variety of lead vendors ?? Leverage top-tier industry technology and resources ?? Engage in ongoing training and development
Qualifications: ?? Must be a current or past Allstate Sales Producer ?? Track record of 30 or more items per month ?? Self-motivated with a passion for helping others ?? Excellent communication skills and attention to detail ?? Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
