Key Responsibilities

Required Skills
?? Possession of a current and unrestricted RN license in Colorado.
?? A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master??s degree is preferred.
?? 1-2 years of experience in a management role within home health or a similar environment.
?? Comprehensive understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and related regulations.
?? Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
?? A deep commitment to providing compassionate and exceptional care.
Qualifications
?? Current RN licensure in Colorado.
?? A BSN is mandatory; preference will be given to candidates with a Master??s degree.
?? 1-2 years of experience managing nursing staff in a home health context.
