What You Will Do:
This is an amazing full time opportunity to help the Medicare recipients select Medicare insurance plans that fit their needs! All interactions are warm leads and we have a mixture of inbound and outbound campaigns ! If you want to take your outgoing personality and start a successful lucrative sales career designed to help people, this is the right role for you!
Requirements: ?? ***Current Life & Health Insurance License*** ?? ***2024 AHIP Certificate*** ?? Proven track record of sales capabilities from previous employers ?? Excellent communication skills ?? Ability to multitask ?? Strong computer knowledge ?? Positive and energetic attitude ?? Personal Computer with webcam to use during training (other than smartphone)

?? Competitive Compensation & Referral Program: We offer an outstanding compensation plan for a full time role with benefits. Starting salary will be 18.50/hour and average take home for the first year after commissions are from $50,000 to 85,000. Referral bonuses are paid out for each candidate you refer after 60 days of employment.
