What You??ll Do
?? Develop and execute a sales strategy to establish partnerships with health payors.
?? Present and pitch our cancer support program .
?? Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within payors.
?? Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
?? Provide feedback to the team on market trends and opportunities for growth.
What We??re Looking For
?? Proven Experience: At least 3 years of sales or business development experience in healthcare or insurance.
?? Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with payer models, health benefits, and value-based care.
?? Strong Network: Connections with decision-makers in insurance companies are a big plus.
?? Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to articulate value propositions and build trust with partners.
?? Self-Starter: Motivated to succeed in a fast-paced startup environment.
?? Results-Oriented: Driven by performance metrics and closing deals.
