Department Overview This department within Motorola Solutions focuses on large scale contract financials and supports one of the most innovative critical communication teams in the global market. This group is composed of experienced members with a proven track record of leading the modernization of the public safety ecosystem.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
The North America Large Credit team has responsibility for project tracking billing of our largest customers.
This role has the responsibility to ensure projects are appropriately logged and related revenue recognized to ensure that our financials are complete and accurate for each project specifically supporting Federal Government customers.
Great introductory role into MSI, chance to learn the business and the systems and interact with a large number of people
Inquisitive, detail oriented, accurate, comfortable working with deadlines
Proactively improvement opportunities and owning changes and messaging
Facilitate collaboration with internal finance team members as well as external business groups
Assist in month end, quarter end, and year end closing
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Salesforce is a strong plus
Familiarity with Oracle is a strong plus
Strong Excel skill set, to include Vlookups, Sumifs, pivot tables, etc.
Finance and/or accounting knowledge
Note: Candidate may reside anywhere in the US

Basic Requirements
?? Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
