About the Opportunity:

• We are currently looking for a skilled Junior Property Accountant to a well-respected and influential leader in the senior living industry based in Braintree, MA

• A trusted leader among residents and their families, healthcare professionals, employees, not-for-profit clients, and investor partners

• You will be responsible for a variety of accounting functions including financial statement preparation and analysis, budget, and variance issues

Junior Property Accountant Responsibilities:

• Process payroll journal entries, accruals, prepaid, and all tasks related to month-end

• Preparation of monthly financial reports for assigned portfolio of properties for partners

• Assist in year-end audits with outside auditors

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations

Junior Property Accountant Qualifications:

• Bachelor??s Degree in Accounting or Finance required

• Proficient with Yardi

• Experience in Property Accounting preferred
