Position Overview:

As an Insurance Sales Agent at the Jeremiah Bailleu Agency, you'll be responsible for selling home, auto, and occasionally life insurance products to both new and existing clients. You'll benefit from a fully remote, flexible work schedule, along with provided leads and automated CRM follow-up tools to make your sales process as efficient as possible. Key Responsibilities: ?? Sales: Sell home, auto, and occasionally life insurance policies to new and existing clients. ?? Lead Engagement: Work with provided leads and utilize CRM tools to manage follow-up and close sales. ?? Consultation: Conduct needs-based assessments to provide clients with the best insurance solutions tailored to their needs. ?? Meet Sales Goals: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. ?? Relationship Building: Maintain strong client relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.
Qualifications: ?? Prior Insurance Experience Required: Minimum of 1-2 years of prior insurance sales experience is required, with a focus on home and auto insurance. ?? Texas P&C Insurance License: Must hold an active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license in the state of Texas. ?? Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients over the phone, email, and other digital platforms. ?? Self-Motivated: Strong work ethic and ability to work independently, managing your own time and achieving sales targets. ?? Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools to manage leads and track performance.
