In this role, you will handle inbound calls from potential and existing clients, providing exceptional service and expert advice on health insurance products. All necessary equipment will be provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities: ? Handle inbound calls from clients, answering inquiries about health insurance plans, benefits, and coverage options. ? Provide expert guidance and recommendations based on clients' individual needs and preferences. ? Assist clients in understanding plan features, enrollment processes, and eligibility requirements. ? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health insurance products, industry regulations, and compliance standards. ? Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in the company?s CRM system. ? Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless service experience. ? Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
