MANAGER CLAIMS AUTO

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of claims specialists and ensuring that our customers receive timely and accurate assistance for their automotive claims. Manage and lead a team of claims specialists to ensure they are meeting performance goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the claims department.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement.
Ensure claims are processed accurately and in a timely manner, meeting company and industry standards.
Oversee the resolution of complex and escalated claims issues.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and other departments within the company.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations and laws related to automotive claims.
Manage the department budget and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement company-wide initiatives and strategies.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide development opportunities for team members.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Stay informed about customer satisfaction and make necessary changes to improve overall customer experience.
Represent the company in a professional manner with high levels of integrity and ethics.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
Handle any other duties or responsibilities assigned by senior management.
