_Product Manager_:
Responsible for the design and implementation of Medicare Advantage Individual and/or Employer Group products in new or existing markets.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
?Coordinate activities throughout the Medicare Advantage Product Lifecycle.
?Evaluates existing products and competitor and industry data to improve existing products and make recommendations for new products.
?Supports and implements long term profitability strategies including market positioning, assessment, pricing parameters, and risk profiles.
?Tracks individual product performance by benefit design, market segment and geography.
?Ensures all products are compliant with regulatory directives and state/federal laws and policies.
?Ensure accuracy in written materials.
?Identify and implement opportunities for improvement.

Product Mgr Sr:_
Responsible for the design and implementation of Medicare Advantage Individual and/or Employer Group products in new or existing markets.
Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:
?Coordinate/lead activities throughout the Medicare Advantage Product Lifecycle.
?Evaluates existing products and competitor and industry data to improve existing products and make recommendations for new products.
?Develops and implements long term profitability strategies for market segment including market positioning, new product design pricing parameters, risk profiles, and legislative/regulatory responses.
?Tracks individual product performance by benefit design, market segment and geography.
?Ensures all products are compliant with regulatory directives and state/federal laws and policies.
?Ensure accuracy in written materials.
?Identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
?Serves as a product expert and a relationship manager to the core clients.
- Requires BA/BS in related field
- 3 years (Product Manager level) or 4 years (Product Manager Sr level) of experience related to managing the design, development, and/or implementation of health insurance products; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
- MBA preferred.
- Health or managed care experience required.
- Experience with Medicare Advantage required.
- Travel (10% - may include overnight stays) required. This is not a marketing position.
