Employment Type: Part Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday. (Weekend availability may be required)
Shift Times: Night Shift, 4-5 hours a night, typically 11:45pm - 4am
Location: Remote WFH in Utah
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Description
WSI Trash & Recycling Valet provides top-tier service to multifamily communities through reliable trash collection, recycling support, and compliance monitoring. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Night Shift Office Clerk to assist our operations team by organizing and processing compliance data each night.
- Your main responsibilities include:
- Review and verify nightly compliance data
- Extract key data points and organize them into standard email templates
- Maintain accurate records of communications sent to property managers
- Flag inconsistencies or issues and pass them to the appropriate team for follow-up
- Assist with additional clerical tasks as needed (e.g., data entry, digital filing)
- Communicate with daytime staff to resolve any reporting issues
- Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be conscientious, reliable, and with a strong attention to detail
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow set procedures and work independently overnight
- Basic computer and data entry skills (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
- Previous experience in an office, data entry, or clerical position preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
