Job Description
Position: Remote Receptionist/Admin & Staff Support Assistant (Part-Time)
Pay: $12/hour
- Hours:
- Regular schedule: Saturday, Sunday, and one Weekday, 8:45 AM - 1:00 PM Alaska Time (AKT).
- Special availability: Must be available during these specific dates, July 8-11 and July 14-18, 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM AKT (full-time hours during these 9 days).
- Approximately 24 hours/week outside of the July 8-11 and July 14-18 periods, with some flexibility as needed.
- Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries with a friendly, professional tone.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized booking calendar.
- Coordinate schedules and logistics with cleaning staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Check in with staff via phone weekly to monitor progress and offer encouragement.
- Provide light guidance to staff (e.g., reminders, morale boosts).
- Report any staff or client feedback to the owner promptly.
- Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills for phone and email interactions.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
- Positive and motivating attitude to support clients and staff.
- Comfortable using remote CRM tools.
- Prior experience in customer service, admin work, or scheduling is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Must commit to the specified schedule, including full availability July 8-11 and July 14-18.
