Estimated Appointment End Date (Continuous if Blank) Full/Part-Time Part time Job Type Temporary Compensation $11.68 an hour Job Description Part-Time Customer Service Representative Location: Honey Springs Battlefield Hours: 15-19 hours per week (primarily Fridays and Saturdays) Position Summary: A Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the first point of contact for visitors at Honey Springs Battlefield. This position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and informative experience for the public. The ideal candidate is approachable, professional, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent guest service. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and assist with their needs during their visit. Answer and direct phone calls; process information requests accurately. Receive and direct visitors, including school tours, ensuring proper check-in and wayfinding. Handle daily financial transactions, including collecting admission and sales fees, processing payments (cash and credit), and reconciling totals. Stock and maintain the gift shop and assist visitors with purchases. Help maintain a clean and organized museum and reception area. Represent the museum with a high level of professionalism in all guest interactions. Work both independently and as part of a team in a flexible, fast-paced environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service or retail experience preferred. Basic computer skills. Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends, and occasional holidays or evenings. Must be 18 years of age or older.
