About the Opportunity!

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking experienced Healthcare Recruiters and Business Developers to support our expanding nationwide demand for both travel and permanent placements for specialties for RNs, LPNs, Allied Health Professionals, Therapists (PTs, OTs, SLPs, PTAs, and COTAs), as well as some nonclinical positions. At TMS, you’re in business for yourself, but not by yourself!

Compensation Model: Transparent Earnings with No Limits and No Tiers!

Our simple, commission-based compensation structure is designed for maximum transparency and earning potential, based on the actual Gross Margin (GM$) with no TIERS on GM$:

· Permanent Placements: 40% to Recruiter | 40% to Business Developer

· Contract Placements: 40% to Recruiter | 20% to Business Developer

· Own both the candidate and the client?

o Permanent: 80% of the placement fee

o Contract: 60% of GM$

Actual Earning Examples:

· 10 travelers @ $12.50 GM$/hr × 40 hrs/week ($500 GM$/week) = $100K+/year (40% commission, Recruiter)

· 10 travelers as recruiter + BD = $150K+/year (60% commission, Recruiter + BD)

· 20 - 30 travelers, Recruiter = $200K–$300K+/year (40% commission, Recruiter)

· 20 - 30 travelers, Business Developer = $100K-150K+/year (20% commission, BD)

Requirements:

· 3+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting or staffing business development

· A proven track record of successful placements across multiple specialties

· A true hunter mentality—self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently without relying solely on inbound leads

    · Ability to source your candidates using creative methods beyond standard job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
  • While we provide a candidate database and unlimited job postings, we’re looking for individuals who actively prospect—leveraging social media, your personal LinkedIn or Indeed accounts, and other tools at your disposal

· Strong working knowledge of:

o GSA guidelines for tax-free stipends (housing, meals, incidentals)

o Margin calculators and how to build competitive, compliant compensation packages

o Full-cycle recruiting and/or business development strategies

· A do-what-it-takes attitude—proficient in doing what others won’t to get the job done

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Key Responsibilities:

· Source, screen, and manage pipelines of qualified healthcare professionals

· Own the full placement process from start to finish

· Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet hiring needs

· Ensure smooth onboarding and consistent follow-up with placed candidates
