- *This position is primarily remote, but you must be able to commute to the office 2 times a month which is located in Clawson, MI.
Job Summary
The Recruiter/Call Center position is primarily responsible for actively sourcing and qualifying candidates, to staff and fill all open positions for active jobs.
- Responsible for the daily management and oversight of the inbound and outbound prospective and current candidates, including, but not limited to:
- Communicating through calls, texts, and emails.
- Answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.
- Dispersing company and job specific assignment information.
- Sourcing and screening leads, resumes, and job specific applications for assignment interest.
- Verifying qualifications and credentials to qualify and submit for review and approval.
- Verifying compliance requirements, completion of employment documents, and confirmation of travel itinerary and instructions to qualify for deployment and placement on assignment.
- Must consistently meet and exceed performance standards and metrics
- Make a minimum of 60 calls per each 8-hour workday / 300 per each 40-hour work week.
- Average total call time: have a minimum of 4-minutes per call
- Use the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant databases, systems, and recruitment tools to source potential candidates.
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- HS Diploma or gen. equiv.
- Must have a minimum of 1-year in the last 3-years working in a similar role in a call center, taking inbound calls/texts/emails and making outbound calls/texts/emails.
- Previous staffing and recruiting industry is preferred.
- Must be able to consistently meet and exceed the performance standards and metrics set.
- Must be able to work in an extremely fast-paced and high-volume environment.
- Must be able to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, assisting where needed.
- This is a remote position where you will go into the office maybe a couple time a month.
- Metrics will be monitored on a real-time basis.
- Laptop, monitor, mouse and headset will be provided. **You will need to sign off on a property agreement that in the event your assignment ends for any reason, all client equipment will be returned in a timely manner.
Pay Rate: $17.00
(Overtime may be mandated up to 12 hour shifts as needed)
