We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Online Administrative Assistant to provide virtual support to our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to handle a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage email correspondence and respond to client inquiries
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
- Maintain and organize digital files and documents
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed
- Conduct internet research and compile data
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, expense tracking)
- Support social media management or customer service, if required
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external contacts
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or administrative assistant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
