- Compensation
- 3% of Consumer's Recovered Funds. For Example - $20,000 (Consumer's Recovered Funds after Expenses) x .03 = $600.00 (Compensation)
Note: The above Example represents one (1) Consumer recovery and an estimated 1.5 Hours of verified effort - And Many more -
For awareness - The time to recover the funds may range from 6-12 months. A 6-month commitment minimum would best serve the Virtual Assistant Consumer Advocate.
Job Description:
The Virtual Assistant Consumer Advocate at RECOVER-AID.org is responsible for performing the day-to-day operations of the Advocacy. This includes ensuring efficient workflow and maintaining high-quality service delivery to the Sales Group. The Virtual Assistant Consumer Advocate will also be responsible for analyzing data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the overall performance of the Advocacy.
- Responsibilities of the Virtual Assistant Consumer Advocate:
- Gather, investigate and research data via online public databases for a monthly quota of owner entries per month to support the Sales Group.
- Schedule meetings of the Consumer and Sales.
- Conduct mailing correspondence to prospective Consumers and Clients.
- Contact Government agencies and maintain the government contact list.
- Contact commissioned Notary Public and licensed Attorneys to arrange meeting times with the Client. Maintain Notary Public and Attorney’s lists, accordingly.
- Understanding of Agency rules and State estate instruments/practices.
- Establish and support metrics reporting.
- Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of an Associates degree in business, technology, analytics, or research field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
- Requires a "Connect-the-dots" approach with skills of an inquisitive thought/puzzle solver.
- Candidates should also have a solid understanding of data compilation and be able to use it to drive decision-making and process improvements.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
- Capability to work independently.
- Organization and planning skills: Set priorities to manage multiple assignments and project deliverables.
- Prior data research and metrics reporting experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office namely MS Word, MS Excel and online Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications.
- Training and Schedule:
- Company to provide .pdf, video, and/or in-person training.
- Physical Requirements:
- Possess effective communication skills through speech, listening and fluency in English.
- Tool Requirements:
- The Virtual Assistant Consumer Advocate shall be responsible for providing all tools and equipment necessary for the performance of the Services including, for example, all computer hardware, and related components, telephone, Windows MS Office software, and access to the internet, and shall be accessible via telephone, e-mail and text messaging.
Personal Computer shall have Microsoft Office Home and Student 2019 or a more current Microsoft Office product version that supports MS Word and MS Excel.
