- Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support:
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and schedules.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Communication Management:
- Draft, edit, and organize emails and reports on behalf of executives.
- Respond promptly to client and internal communication.
- Project Coordination:
- Assist in the preparation of meetings, including agendas and presentations.
- Oversee small-scale projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records and organize digital files.
- Compile data for reports and presentations.
- Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in executive support or administrative assistance.
- Proven track record of remote or virtual work is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).
