    As an Entry-Level Real Estate Agent, you will:

    Who We’re Looking For:
  • Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agents (state license required or in progress)
  • Self-starters who are eager to build a real estate business
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Comfortable with technology and online communication tools
  • Strong desire to work independently while being part of a results-driven team
  • Compensation:
    $112,300 - $194,400 yearlyResponsibilities:
  • Develop leads to connect with potential clients in the Maple Grove, MN area
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills related to real estate
  • Ensure thorough follow-up on leads until scheduling appointments with either a listing or buyer’s agent
  • Maintain regular communication with homebuyers via phone calls and emails to strengthen relationships and reinforce brand recognition
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress towards company objectives
  • Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and effectively convert them into new clients
  • Keep customer information up-to-date in the CRM system for agents
  • Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments
  • Qualifications:
  • A real estate license is preferred for the role of Entry Level Real Estate Agent in Maple Grove, MN, US
  • Willingness to obtain a real estate license is essential
  • Previous experience is not necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided
  • Excellent communication skills are a must to effectively engage with clients
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License is a mandatory requirement
