- Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agents (state license required or in progress)
- Self-starters who are eager to build a real estate business
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable with technology and online communication tools

- $112,300 - $194,400 yearlyResponsibilities:
- Develop leads to connect with potential clients in the Maple Grove, MN area
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills related to real estate
- Ensure thorough follow-up on leads until scheduling appointments with either a listing or buyer’s agent
- Maintain regular communication with homebuyers via phone calls and emails to strengthen relationships and reinforce brand recognition
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress towards company objectives
- Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and effectively convert them into new clients
- Keep customer information up-to-date in the CRM system for agents
- Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments Qualifications:

- Willingness to obtain a real estate license is essential
- Previous experience is not necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided
