- Fathom recognizes that hefty commission splits are a thing of the past, and without all of the overhead fees of brick-and-mortar offices, we are able to charge only a small flat fee per transaction. Choose from TWO commission plans:
- MAX Plan--Pay flat $465 per transaction while earning 10% profit share
- SHARE Plan--Pay 12% per transaction while earning 35% profit share
Aside from this, there is an ANNUAL fee of $700 for all agents. This comes out of your 1st transaction each year. Not billed separately. No franchise fee, desk fee, monthly fees, or hidden fees!!
We offer many advantages over competing brokerages such as Profit Share, Producer Perks, ELEVATE "Concierge" Program, Mentorship Program, and Branding Customization.
Our Mentorship Program is a free 12-week program for new agents. This program is designed to help you hit the ground running and achieve success in your first year. You will be assigned a LOCAL mentor to work one-on-one with you and help you with everything from writing contracts, to lead generation.
ELEVATE is our "all-in-one" concierge service and coaching program designed to help agents grow their business with lead generation, marketing, transaction management, and coaching! Our ISA's are ready to handle everything for you so that you can focus on closing more deals!! (**Agents must have closed 2 transactions in the past 12 months to qualify for this program and includes an additional fee.)
Another question that we get often is "Are there restrictions (or a minimum) on what fee I can charge my clients?" Nope! You can charge them whatever fee that you want. This is your business, and we want you to run it how YOU want!

- Sales: Proficiency in marketing properties and closing deals.
