LKQ is seeking a dedicated and motivated Live Chat Assistant to join our remote team. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through our live chat platform. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to resolve customer inquiries efficiently. • *Key Responsibilities:**

• **Customer Interaction:** Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate information regarding products, services, order status, and company policies.
• **Problem Solving:** Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system.
• **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments (such as Sales, Support, and Product) to address customer needs and improve service offerings.
• **Feedback Loop:** Collect customer feedback and share insights with management for continuous improvement of processes and systems.
• **Training Participation:** Engage in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
• **Performance Monitoring:** Meet or exceed performance goals, including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.

• *Requirements:**

• **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat setting.
• **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using live chat software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
• **Reliability:** Demonstrated reliability in meeting work schedules and deadlines.
