 As a member of this team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate the platform, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensuring they have the best possible listening experience.
 Specifically, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both Turkish and English.

Requirements: Â You have strong desire to create a unique experience for each individual customer. Â You truly enjoy providing exceptional Customer Support and can quickly identify all/any issues the customer may have. Â You've provided Customer Support via inbound web messages in the past. Â You've provided web messaging support to 3-5 customers at the same time. Â You are professional/business level proficient in Turkish and English.
