Key Responsibilities
?? Provide engaging, specialized academic and test-preparation instruction to high school and some middle school students across the Chicagoland area.
?? Establish and nurture meaningful relationships with students and clients through professional and compassionate support.
?? Maintain an organized schedule using Microsoft Outlook for tutoring sessions.
?? Ensure effective communication by responding promptly to students, parents, and educational administrators.
?? Participate in required training and professional development activities to stay updated on best practices.
Required Skills
?? Proficient knowledge in English, mathematics, reading, and science.
?? Strong commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, and educational equity.
?? Reliable access to technology, including a computer with a webcam, microphone, and a stable internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download/upload) for virtual instruction.
?? Consistent availability of at least 10 hours per week.
?? Ability to effectively teach all subjects covered on the ACT.
Qualifications
?? A bachelor's degree in any field.
?? A profound passion for facilitating student success and development.
?? Demonstrated expertise in relevant subjects is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
?? Competitive hourly rates starting at (30 for one-on-one tutoring and )47 for classroom instruction, with potential for bi-annual raises based on performance.
