Responsibilities
- Originate and close mortgage loans in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Evaluate loan applications and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process
- Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine the feasibility of granting loans
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in the mortgage market
- Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other team members to expedite the loan approval process
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection regulations
Requirements:
- Proficiency in contracts, banking procedures, basic math, and escrow
- Ability to perform 10-key typing accurately
- Solid understanding of math concepts
- Certification or successful completion of the NMLS Safe Test

We are approved to conduct business in multiple states allowing you to grow and open more business opportunities. So far we are approved in the states of Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Washington State, and Wyoming. The end goal is to be licensed nationwide.
